May 2018 – Ferndale retreat

Fifteen intrepid quilters adventured into the wilds of Lower Portland to Ferndale Country Retreat for a long weekend of camaraderie, sewing, embroidery, eating and laughter.

Communing with nature, we were greeted by Gang-gang Cockatoos in the trees outside our conference room.

Quilters in action – most of us worked on finishing quilts along with a variety of other projects.

We all had an amazing time and are looking forward to next year.
