Carol Roberts from Cherry Pie Designs presented to us and brought along her pop up shop. This promised to be a fun evening as we welcomed Carol to our group.

Carol specialises in American Reproduction Fabrics and old world pretty florals. She has been quilting since 1994 and began “Cherry Pie Designs” 10 years later in 2004. Her designs have appeared in numerous Australian Quilting Magazines and her love of not just quilting but working with others has led to a very busy life of retail, design and travel.

Irene made a couple of zipper bags which she decorated using the decorative stitches on her sewing machine.

Annie showed us her outfit she made for book week at school.
